The terms and conditions governing your use of Super Pest Controler's website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Super Pest Controler (ABN 68 681 038 362) ("we", "us", "our") operating in New South Wales, Australia. By visiting our website at superpestcontroler.com.au, requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging us in any capacity, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
Super Pest Controler provides professional pest management services including, but not limited to, treatment and removal of cockroaches, ants, termites, rodents, spiders, bed bugs, wasps, possums, and other pest species. All services are delivered by licensed, qualified technicians in accordance with Australian standards and relevant state and federal legislation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline a service booking at our discretion.
3. Bookings & Scheduling
- Bookings may be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or via our website enquiry form.
- A booking confirmation (by phone or email) constitutes an agreement to receive services at the agreed time and price.
- Appointment times are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material delay.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other reasonable operational requirements.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are indicative and may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ materially from information provided at the time of booking.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
- Outstanding invoices not settled within 14 days may incur a late payment fee and may be referred to a debt collection agency.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests for completed services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available where the service was completed as agreed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by this clause.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and affected areas at the agreed time.
- Disclose any known hazards, health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities relevant to the treatment prior to service commencement.
- Remove or secure pets, children, and vulnerable persons during and for the recommended period following treatment.
- Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technician to ensure effectiveness and safety.
- Ensure you have the legal authority to permit pest control work at the property.
7. Service Guarantees
Where a service guarantee or warranty is offered, its terms will be communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Any guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- All post-treatment instructions must have been followed.
- Any re-treatment request must be made within the stated guarantee period.
- The property conditions have not materially changed since the original treatment (e.g., new infestation source, renovation work, change of occupancy).
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- Super Pest Controler's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of income, profit, or data.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, undisclosed conditions, or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the ACL), our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its supporting infrastructure.
- Transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious code.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our website without written permission.
